Spacious and affordable apartments close to MU!
July 25, 2022You won’t find many other apartments that are as close to Mizzou’s campus as well as affordable and updated as Ashwood apartments. I lived here for 1 year and absolutely loved it. It’s a surprisingly quiet complex located within walking distance to Mizzou’s main campus area. The pool is large and much less crowded compared to other student apartments. Our apartment came with updated carpets, paint, and stove/oven. We never even had to contact Bob, the maintenance man, about an issue inside the ...apartment because there were none! The team (Shelley and Bob) are extremely kind and accommodating. I much prefer a more personal apartment staff, and I never got the same compassion when living at other student apartments. July 15, 2020I lived at Ashwood for 3 years. I could not imagine living someplace else during college. Staff is very friendly and reliable. I never had an issue. I loved my spacious apartment and it was nice to have 2 balconies! Great price for the location and amenities. It is also nice having a parking spot right outside your apartment with visitor parking spaces available. This is way better than having to walk to a parking garage. Easy walk to campus and downtown! Quiet, safe, clean, well maintained, plenty of parking, quick response on maintenance requests....no complaints at all!
