Augusta Apartments is in an excellent location, making it very convenient for going to the university. The surrounding area also feels safe, and the staff members are wonderful, so it truly is a great place to live. So, I highly recommend Augusta Apartments to everyone!

* * * MOVER'S BEWARE * * * Your overall well being could and will be negatively effected, specifically your spiritual, mental, emotional, and psychological well being on an individual level will be put to risk. It is simply not worth the risk to move in here if you are moving in around Oct. 2025-Oct. 2026. My personal experience with Augusta Apartments is overall negative. I do not feel safe here; whether it is my physical safety and/or mental/psychological peace of mind that is compromised. Initially I had a high hopes for the property itself before move in, but time has revealed it is more of the same. If it were entirely up to me, I would keep to myself and uniquely not cause a disturbance nor be noticed by others on site. There's nothing more to say since nothing will change. I appreciate the ...

Security conditions need to be improved urgently. Maintenance folks are good. For this rent amount, the security should be better. Hot water for shower is not stable. The cleaner that is used for public areas has a super strong odor which is not good for health.

The management staff and maintenance staff are nice. Quick actions and politely. It would be perfect if I can receive some notifications by phone or message before they come for maintenance, especially emergencies during night. It’s scary when people knock at your door during midnight without notification in advance. Generally, I’d like to recommend Augusta to my friends.

The security in this building is deplorable and the management team has stated in no uncertain terms their disinterest in taking any proactive measures to rectify this. That includes the bike storage locker, parking garage, and the building entrance, even after thefts have occurred and unwanted guests have found their way inside. Also, when one tenant exhibits poor judgement (taking toilet paper from the community bathrooms) the entire building loses the “privilege” of the common area bathrooms. ...
It’s abundantly clear that the management company does not care about the tenants who live here, pay rent, and actually take care of the spaces. Hence why everyone I speak with, has no intention of renewing their lease, my family included.

Thank you to the amazing maintenance staff, unfortunately have had a few issues with my apartment, specifically the lock and I allowed them to enter without me being home because I trust them due to their previous professionalism.
