Autumn Oaks Apartments

seem accurate based on my previous visits. I also left a message and called the management's main office, but received no response. Residents have mentioned that the staff is hardly ever present and that they are rude, which I also experienced. I've heard that people quit frequently, and after my experience, I can understand why. My overall experience was awful, and it left me feeling almost in tears. I can't help but feel sorry for the residents who have to deal with such treatment.

goes on and on. Even though you nicely ask them to quieten down a Lil. Then they are wanting to cuss you out and start an argument. When you go to the office to address any problems they say they will take care of it but don't do nothing!! Some info abt neighbors, of u don't have to live in an apt don't unless you want to think your at the zoo with herds of elephants and rhinoceros above ur head! The walls are super thin, u can hear every single noise there is to here. Esp if u work at night and need to sleep during the day. Also the neighbors are quite deceitful always trying to get others in trouble for petty things trying to kick ppl out. I read other websites abt this property and there was none that had reviews. So I was very happy to see this one to where I could write one and will be sure to tell others ard me. I also seen where this is a low income community as well. This explains a lot with some of the tenants that do and act the way they do. Not being ugly I just know a few came from housing or the projects and brought there drama with them. Maintenance however u couldn't ask for anyone better. You are better off finding him to let him know what's wrong and get it immediately fixed than go to the office. They tend to forget. He is adoment doing his job. Prior to him with old mgmt and half the yr with the new mgmt all time maintenance men were worthless! Nevertheless, just know Looks and ppl can be dsecieving that's for sure. Our community looks nice on the outside, bcut it's the ones in the inside .that will fool you. .. Oqfhflice empliyeyesh and few tenants as well. I WILL be MOVING OUT when my lease runs out!!!!!!!
