July 27, 2023Residing at Hudson Park North for over 3 years, I have not one negative experience. In fact, this has been my best living experience thus far. The entire Management Team goes over and beyond to resolve any concerns you may have “promptly”. Concierge employees are extremely friendly and that to me is so important. The maintenance team is excellent. If I put a ticket in, they are here the next day to remedy the issue. The community is safe, there is overnight security, there are 2 gyms with updated ...equipment and very clean, there’s laundry and dry cleaning as well as shoe repair services. The metro north is literally steps away. It’s on the Hudson River and it’s the most relaxing feeling ever to sit on the River. It feels like you just finished a nice long body stretch. All maintenance requests are promptly taken care of. And being close to the station is a bonus that is priceless. The location is fantastic, with easy access to transportation and various amenities. The grounds are well-maintained and the building is beautiful and modern.
