Great place to live. As the surrounding area and blocks become revitalized with new businesses it just add to the appeal of living here. And I cannot overstate the availability of transportation within minutes of the building

We are very pleased living here, although we do hear complaints, I find them to be frivolous in nature. The overall environment is clean, safe and friendly. The cost is relatively cheap considering the location and security. Peace of mind is quite valuable.

Residing at Hudson Park North for over 3 years, I have not one negative experience. In fact, this has been my best living experience thus far. The entire Management Team goes over and beyond to resolve any concerns you may have “promptly”. Concierge employees are extremely friendly and that to me is so important. The maintenance team is excellent. If I put a ticket in, they are here the next day to remedy the issue. The community is safe, there is overnight security, there are 2 gyms with updated ...
equipment and very clean, there’s laundry and dry cleaning as well as shoe repair services. The metro north is literally steps away. It’s on the Hudson River and it’s the most relaxing feeling ever to sit on the River. It feels like you just finished a nice long body stretch. To sum it up, It’s literally like living in a luxury Hotel minus room service. Everything you need is right here!!!!

This is a great place to live. As a senior citizen I have been particularly comfortable. The atmosphere is friendly and very pleasant. All maintenance requests are promptly taken care of. And being close to the station is a bonus that is priceless. Of course, looking out of one’s windows at the Hudson is the best feature of this place.
