August 26, 2024Apartments aren't fully functional upon move in; puddle in the bathroom on move in, toilet cracked and water turned off rather than it being fixed, dishwasher rusting and drain filled with trash so we've never used it, leaking ac filter within a month. The grounds are in poor condition; sprinklers water the sidewalk more than the grass which is all dead, and spray like jet streams at waterparks because the caps are gone. And only around half the lights are actually on at night. The gate has been ...broken since April leading in a motorcycle being stolen from our parking spot, within a month of us living here but the lease says "too bad so sad" they won't fix it.Property Manager Responded
