October 17, 2025To be completely honest I am grateful that they gave me the opportunity to move here… but if you can save your money and move elsewhere.. there is a roach problem that I was unaware of when I moved here, never heard of a late fee of $150 if your rent not paid by the 3rd and let’s not forget if it’s not paid by the 3rd you will be getting a letting on your door and threaten with evictions. Everything is done online with payments you can not give a money order, but the Customer service is great but ...the head manager never really interacts with the tenants. December 14, 2023I’m glad the last review was in 2016. Well here’s a 2023 update. Management does not give a crap about you or the buildings. the apartments all have leaking roofs. February 2, 2018I have been a resident at Azalea for about 3 yrs. I've had my issues with my apt like anyone would anywhere. But one thing I have to say is the customer service in the front office is amazing! I always feel welcomed whenever i walk in the office. One person in particular went above and beyond! And that was the unicorn of customer service Rachael! I had an ant problem that just would not go away and Rachael checked on me Every other day checking on things and making sure I was getting the right ...level of service. Anytime I submit a maintenance ticket to her, my problem typically gets resolved within the same exact day. Jack has also been a phenomenal help since the day I started living here. Great management
March 11, 2016The front office is so kind! Great first impression. I am pregnant and called about an incessantly barking dog interrupting my sleep. They addressed it immediately! The dishwasher broke and the maintenance guy showed up the same day! The apartment was so clean on move in, approval was fast and efficient. The property is clean and we'll maintained. They're always painting speed bumps, updating units, and rearing the roads. They keep tenants informed about their buildings and the community. TERRIBLE!!!!
February 9, 2016When i moved in there were missing cabinet doors and shelves. Bathroom ceiling was caving in and the ceiling had multiple cracks every where. they had rpaches ants and nats and the bedroom door would not lock. the vents were dirty and there were particles in the water. the washer and dryer were not worlking properly and the frig leaked water everywhere inside the frig and onto the floor. there were sharp objects coming out of the carpet as well. after giving the office my list of complaints they ...said they would send maintence. they sent maintence 3 weeks later. when maintence came they said that nothing was wrong with apartment. DO NOT move into azalea village. service was terrible and on top of everything its a dangerous area. muliple break ins and homicides had in the complex. my bike got stole off the patio. i told the office about it and they didnt care. my rating for azalea village is zero starsRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 30, 2015These apartments are newly remodeled and very spacious. There is plenty of storage and having a walk in laundry room is nice. They have a very ''homey' feel. The property is well maintained and pristine. I moved from Orlando and did everything over the phone and via email -Rachel was amazing to work with. The stone in the shower gives a luxury feel and the light from all the windows makes the apartment seem even bigger. Really mixed bag
September 28, 2015The renovated apartments are actually pretty nice. Spacious kitchens, nice sized bedrooms and I believe every apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer. The problem you ask? In my experience; the maintenance is extremely poor. I've had multiple issues go unresolved because they never came when they said they would and I'm too busy to chase them down. It's really disappointing. Also the sight of people standing outside, late at night, by their cars smoking what I assume is not oregano is not ...uncommon. July 21, 2015This complex was recommended by real estate person but it is overpriced, moldy, and master bathroom consistently smells like old stale urine. Flooring was replaced prior to my move-in but I don't think they sanitized around toilet before putting down linoleum. Could not use closet in master bedroom as it STAYS damp and smelly...showed mold building on clothes, shoes. August 9, 2015The first thing I would like to comment about is how spacious my 1bd/1bth is with the bonus room that’s about the size of two walk-in closets. The community is kept very clean, my neighbors are courteous and the leasing office is always helpful. The other thing that’s also pretty good is how close and convenient everything is; it’s close to the local shopping centers like Kmart, Target, the outlet mall and soon will be 10 minutes from two different Publix’s. If you’re a very social person the ...beach, bars, restaurants and clubs are close for you to get.
