March 25, 2026I recently had the pleasure of visiting these apartments, and I was genuinely impressed by how beautiful everything looks. The recent updates and renovations have made such a noticeable difference—the spaces feel modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It’s clear that a lot of care went into the improvements, and it really shows in every detail. What stood out just as much as the property itself was the incredible staff. All the ladies in the front office are not only kind and welcoming, but ...also very efficient. Do not move here
November 6, 2023If I could give this place a zero I would. I lived here for 1 year, unit 105. Do not move in there. When it was time to move out I had a 10 month lease they messed up lease agreement and I had to stay there a couple more months since they never gave me a 90 notice to give them notice, I had to go to the office and figure it out for them. I was robbed and when I called the office they acted like it was nothing. Unit 105 also gets flooded! At one point it flooded 3 times in 1 week not to mention ...all the mold this caused including my clothes and purses. And when I called he office again they acted like nothing. Maintenance came and did nothing but drag mud in the apartment. And now that I have moved out they are ghosting me, ignoring my emails, saying they don't have access to records any longer. Update, I was finally able to talk to someone after being on hold for 25 min and being hung up on twice! Not only are they not giving me my deposit but they have the audacity to charge me an extra $500! I repeat do not move here!Property Manager Responded
