February 23, 2026I’ve lived at this property for more than 10 years and I love it! The property manager Alexia will go above and beyond for you and the maintenance staff is amazing!! They are quick to fix any issues you may have and reaching them after hours if you have an emergency is easy! The location is also great; it’s a short drive to the highway or any retailer. Old, Unsafe
August 2, 2022The complex is old. Siding is falling off on every unit. Items have been stolen from our apartment. Employees enter at their will with no notice. Only positive is it is the cheapest in town. You get what you pay for...Review from Apartments.com
The perfect place
October 27, 2020These apartments are wonderful, especially if you have pets. There's more green space than any other apartments in Bloomington. Plenty of places to walk including trails through the woods. You can't ask for a better location, it literally takes less than a minute to get to interstate 69. But what really takes the cake are the people who work here. Everyone in the office, as well as the maintenance staff, are absolutely wonderful. I have had 2 appliances replaced in my time living here with no ...inconvenience to me. I highly recommend this place.
