May 7, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comOverall, it’s OK. However, way overpriced. You absolutely can find a better apartment for the same price or less. PTLA is money hungry and obviously doesn’t care about their renters. Manager was nice. Usually quiet but some recent renters have been pretty loud at night. Road outside complex is dangerous, I have seen many pedestrians and renters get hit by cars that weren’t watching where they were going. Don’t expect deposit back. Parking is great.
