Good price, good location, poor property management
December 20, 2023The apartments are decent. The location is good. The price is cheaper than most places. The laundry facility is not good and needs repairs. The hot tub will be broken for months. It took 4 months to replace my hot water heater. It's almost impossible to get in touch with someone to address issues. Unless you refuse to pay your rent. Then they'll contact you. The location and price are the best features. Everything else is eh.Review from Apartments.com

waste of time
July 7, 2023Leasing agents have you tour with a technician. Twice I’ve made an appointment for a tour with an agent. (Twice I believe they forgot they scheduled the tour). I was unable to view the properties as discussed over the phone. It should not be the technician’s responsibility to do a leasing agents job. Unfairly to him, he was unable to communicate pricing, availability, or moving information. I hope for his sake, they’re at least cutting him commission for doing their job.Review from Apartments.com

Not safe
June 10, 2016A friend of mine had her car parked right in front of her apartment. She was at home the whole day. The next morning she woke up, she found out the license plate of her car is gone.
