August 21, 2015My apartment is overpriced. They don't offer enough amenities and plus they lack safety concerns. I really want to move but the transition is hard bc of finances. I know that basically I'm paying for the area not the actual apartment anyway hope this helpful as to deciding where to move bc these apartments aren't it.Review from Apartments.com
Not worth the rent
August 15, 2015At first I was pretty happy to find this apt complex , even though I felt the rent was too high for what you get. It is extremely hard ro find a 3 bedroom for rent. The complex manager and staff at the time were very caring and awesome. It seemed like a good idea initially until reality hit. Pros: Location, 3 bedrooms, near bus line for those who need, gated community Cons: bedrooms are very small, gates don't serve their purpose, bugs (if your neighbors have them, you have them) , the rent ...is way too high for this complex, residents do not respect other people's property, crime, drugs, kids playing near and causing damage to parked cars, very noisy neighbors, parking, the late fees are a bit ridiculous, read ALL of your lease.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 1, 2015With great maintenance and beautiful landscaping Bella vita is a sure place to move for anyone.I love these apartment homes there safe and cozy.Speaking of safe the Orlando city police dept. sends police officers to patrol the area at night and sometimes during the day.Staff and the leasing office are very friendly and sweet they even sit and listen to what the community have to say.well i hope u enjoyed reading my comments and look into applying hereReview from Apartments.com
