January 8, 2024Unless you are in dire need of a place to lay your head, do not move here. It's nowhere near worth the price as there are window units and outdated floor heaters that will have things catching fire. The turning of the units is quite bare minimum and there will also be roaches so, yeah. This property needs a serious makeover and update if they want the price to match the situation. I didn't see enough photos that would let you all know just how small the apartment is, and that should tell you ...something. Even if I missed them, it doesn't change the fact that these apartments are overpriced. You may not be able to fit all of your furniture depending on how much you have or how large it is and which which apartment you get. For example, the middle doors lead to a staircase with apartments on each side at the top of the staircase. Depending on how large certain things are, you won't be able to fit things through that tiny threshold, even if your neighbor (if there is one) opens the door to create wiggle room. It's just a hard NO. If you would pay those prices for a two bed two bath, no central heating and cooling and ROACHES, you can surely find something better. Until they do better, GO FIND BETTER.
