December 12, 2024I went in the office for a tour of a unit I was interested in. Will was very welcoming and kind. He showed me all the amenities and gave me a clear understanding of everything. Will is the reason it was so easy to say yes making the Boardwalk my new home.Property Manager Responded

December 1, 2024This property is constantly and successfully doing things to keep common areas clean and neat. The maintenance team is amazing. They are often available the same day I put in a request (even to change a lightbulb!) The office staff are friendly and always helpful. The location is within walking distance of groceries, restaurants, and music at the Pavilion! I highly recommend living at The Boardwalk at Town Center. VEProperty Manager Responded

I trust the community will be everything that I have seen in pictures as I am moving from Miami for work.
