A building full of low lives
September 4, 2018This building used to be a respectable place for retired people to live. Now they let anyone live in here. People in their 30s on up. People who are apparently physically able to work for a living, but choose not to. They could stay outside all day and work on their cars. There have been a number of tenants involved in dealing drugs as well as buying drugs right in front of the building. They leave their garbage all over the street, including cigarette packs and cans of Olde English beer.
