Bonicord Condos
June 14, 2023This place is terrible. Badly managed. The are charging each homeowner 90 k for needed repairs to the building. What are the retired people supposed to do. Live in cars now? They have a small swimming pool that the public is not allowed to use. The mosquitos love it. The pool is broken. Bonicord has no money for repairs. I pay 400 dollars for monthly HOA fees for a small studio. Where does all our money go?Review from Apartments.com
