Great Property in an Amazing Location!
June 25, 2025I lived at Broadstone Centennial for 2 years and loved it. The location is great, and it is a beautiful building. Some of the reviews I have seen on here are just not accurate. Although there have been a few break ins, they were not isolated to our building and the apartment next door was also affected. Staff is amazing, this is definitely a hidden gem in Nashville!Property Manager Responded

not a safe building at all
January 29, 2025While the property itself is great, it’s not secured. We have been seeing a number of break ins and a car theft in our garage (my car was stolen while I was out of town and had it parked inside the “secured” gate). There’s only one camera on the first floor and no security after you get through the gate. The doors on the interior of the garage are all open (minus two right at the entrance) and do not require a badge or key to get in. Management has said that there’s not enough money to invest in ...increased security. It’s a shame that resident safety is not on the top of this property’s list. People are having their cars broken into during all times of the day here… and stolen at that… Keep that in mind before deciding !Property Manager Responded
