Never Fixed
June 25, 2020Awful isn’t the word to use to describe the up keep of these apartments. They Never fix anything only patch it until it breaks again. I had to spend an entire weekend without air. It was 91 degrees in my apartment it wasn’t until and week and a half did they come and patch my air up then my carpet became soaking wet twice because of my air unit. And then the air broke again. Ridiculous
January 24, 2019I called the office this morning at 9:00 to let them know that our heat went out again last night for the SECOND time in three days. I was told that maintenance would be made aware right away. 3 hours later no one had even come by to see what had happened. I called back to see why nothing had been done yet. She told me that she's getting in touch with maintenance to see what the issue is. Still nothing. My husband went to the office to speak directly to maintenance. Nothing. My husband called the ...property manager for the third time and told her that he wants to talk to the owner. He's not available, so a message was left to call back as soon as possible. They FINALLY managed to make it by. Keep in mind, 5 workers had been on site ALL DAY. The repair took NO MORE than 30 minutes, meanwhile our house is freezing!!! Old apartment. Convenient location. Fast response.
January 7, 2018This apartment is old. If I moved in again, I would definitely choose second floor. The wall is super thin. I can hear people talk on the phone and their TV sound from my apartment. I hear every foot steep and every squeak that the people on second floor make, and that hurts my head A LOT. Once I heard the people who above me fight from their own apartment. I could hear them scream and push each other. If you are a student and try to study, If you work all day and try to relax at night, please do ...me a favor and get the second floor. Or move to a different apartment when the wall is not this thin. The noise from the neighbors is unbearable. I can't wait until finish this lease. I believe the people who live downstairs should get a lower rate because of the unbearable noise they have to endure. The staffs response to your maintenance request very fast. That's a plus. If I could live upstairs, I would give this apartment a 4 star.
