    Genuinely awful experience. The building is situated right next to a set of train tracks and it's very loud. I stayed in a one-bedroom and the bedroom area has no windows, meaning if you close the door to avoid the train noises, it's pitch black. Someone's dog defecated in the stairwell and it took four days for it to be taken care of. Package theft was rampant the entire year I was there. I have had several packages slashed or stolen. For a time, people's cars were also being broken into inside ...
