Other than the "property manager" not that bad a place to live.

Right next to freeway, small drive from town center, mini mart on the corner. Lets get into the nitty gritty then... It says shared laundry, there are 22 listed units, 1 washer, and 1 dryer, also 1 other dryer that takes your money, but the property manager refuses to fix. I have written several requests for repairs in the apartment, the property manager said he will and never did fix the requested in 4 months. The property manager talked about how one of the apartments had roaches. Stored the ...
appliances on site, contaminated other units and the sewage, scheduled "fumigation", but the "contractor" showed up in a civilian unmarked vehicle. She came up in unmarked civilian clothes. Used unmarked chemicals. Without personal protective equipment(the chem was either not strong enough to do anything or she was not licensed to practice extermination). And only sprayed cabinets, and inside perimeter, well knowing about the very large crawl space, and the noted infected onsite septic. Then when I alerted the owner, the property manager handed out an eviction notice. Don't rent here. It's not worth the headache.
