GREAT OFFICE STAFF and MAINTENACE STAFF
September 3, 2024I lived there for about 4 years. Laura the Property Manager, has always gone over and above to help me in the littlest and the BIGGEST issues, I have brought to her attention. Now for the Maintenance guys.. one word AWESOME! From experience being a Property Manager (CAM) in the past, there is always going to be issues on the property, the BEST way to handle the problems is to have a GREAT on site TEAM. Peaceful and Accomodating
June 1, 2022This complex is one of the most peaceful properties I've lived at. Very quiet and comforting. The staff is extremely kind and accomodating. Very Pleasant Apartment Experience!
May 25, 2022We've lived here for nearly 2 years now. We moved here from Colorado and lived in apartments there as well and comparatively speaking, these apartments are far better. In comparison, these apartments are more like a resort than what we were used to. We walked in to a newly renovated unit with new flooring, appliances, paint and everything worked - especially the A/C. Bad move in
September 25, 2016Upon moving in, I discovered that the apartment had not been properly cleaned, and clearly the property manager had not checked to ensure the place was ready. In addition to stains and grime being present in the cabinets, and food chunks inside the microwave, the smoke detector outside the kitchen was completely missing, and there was a roach infestation. July 20, 2015I enjoy living here and just signed my second lease for another year. They are nice and the maintenance requests are complete in a timely manner. April 30, 2014I'M HERE FOR MY 2ND YEAR AND EVERYONE IS LIKE FAMILY IN THE COMPLEX. MANAGERS ARE VERY HELPFUL AND RELIABLE SAME WITH MAINTENANCE MEN. PROPERTY IS CLEAN AND NEAT.
