November 22, 2024The leasing office were very quick in responding to any questions and concerns I’ve had. My suggestion for improvement would be to add a couple more garbage collection areas, so that we don’t have to worry about having to carry heavy trash bags at a far away garbage area on the property. October 20, 2024Expensive for what it’s worth. Price of rent always goes up for tenants that renew and higher than people moving in. Morgan Poroperties is a greedy corporation that does not care about their residents.Property Manager Responded
