January 10, 2020WITHIN 15 MINUTES Walking distance to EVERYTHING. Quiet, kind, and honest people for your neighbors. Full size washer and dryers in unit, nice grassy community space for kids and located on single culdesac side street. It is a small complex and has a local couple managing it OFFSITE. So not as convenient as the bigger xonpkexes with onsite staff, but for the trade off on location, community, and residents compared to those bigger complexes it doesn't really bother you. Especially if you are a ...good tenant that mainly likes to keep up things yourself and not bother then for every little thing. Only complaint about unit themselves is not much storage space but that's to be expected with apartment living I guess. Units have covered parking space, nice sized covered *private* balconies and WSG utilities included. Can't beat the price for the location and environment this small complex provides.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
This place sucks
October 15, 2016There apartment are horrible I lived in one for 3 years by the end of my stay my son and my self had gotten sick a dozen times from the mold growing in there apartment since I have moved from there I haven't gotten sick they don't care about people's well being. Also the landlords are rude they make sure when you move that you won't get your deposit back. I suggest that people should not rent from these kinds of people all they want is your money they won't fix anything. ThanksReview from Apartments.com
