    I've looked at these apartments for years hoping to be able to live here when I stopped working. I moved in in 2024 and I love my studio apartment. I love the community; the friendly staff, extremely competent and professional staff, the excellent laundry facilities, and best of all its' proximity to town and stores etc. I am not just satisfied, I am quite happy, I tell family and friends to come here and enjoy all it has to offer.

    I have never had almost 1/2 of a security deposit not returned ($748.) for patch and painting. Considering the size of the apartment and the amount of “repairs” that were needed, the amount deducted was absurd. No washer or dryer in unit or dishwasher.

    Wonderful place to live. Close to lots of entertainment, dining, parks and shopping not to mention access to interstate highways and public transportation at your front door to boot. Very well taken care of interior and exterior grounds. Modernized amenities and updated hallways and apartments. Exterior grounds are well kept along with a shaded fountain area and back fire pit patio. Plenty of parking and plenty of security cameras. Laundry rooms on site. Main recreation room too. Love living here ...

  • Good Place to Live

    I never write reviews - but as I am looking to relocate soon (currently still living in Center Square), I have found these reviews to be quite valuable, so I am passing the truth forward! I have lived at Center Square Towers for just over 2 years. When I first moved in, I could tell that I did not give the complex enough time to clean between the previous tenant and me (and it seemed like the previous tenant was very messy). I had a roach issue when I first moved in, but I emailed the complex ...
    and they sent pest control to my apartment and I have not had any issues with pests since. My bathroom however seems to be constantly oozing something from the walls. Its not a huge problem - and its a problem I have told the complex about before - but maintenance using just cleans the ceiling then leaves. But then it oozes out again. Also - word to the wise - the complex does not allow you to drill holes into the walls, but instead asks you to use command strips. I have hung multiple paintings in my apartment this way, but after trying to take one down I realized that the paint they used for the apartment walls is so cheap that the command strip ripped multiple layers off. The damage for covering a drilled hole would've been MUCH cheaper to fix than this 4in hole. Those are the only cons I have truly found about this complex. Other than that, it is extremely quiet. People barely even make noise on their balcony. I believe the complex is about 75% residents who are 65+, 20% young professionals, 5% DelVal college students. The college students are typically the only ones who are notable nosey, but they are only here seasonally. I appreciate that the complex is always looking to improve. Since I moved in, they have expanded their parking lot (from a lot that barely had enough room for tenants - to one with plenty of room), installed Amazon Hubs for packages (after residents and carriers complained about the old system), and have given the whole complex new refrigerators and AC systems. It's not a perfect place to live - but it is pretty great for the location, cost and service. I have recommended many of my friends live here.

We have the most diverse population of residents living at Center Square Apartments and the majority of them are working professionals in the Doylestown area which is why the only residents you may see throughout the day are the ones who are retired. Our location is the biggest appeal for moving here - being only blocks away from the Court House, Justice Center, Shopping Centers, Doylestown Hospital Medical Center and County Offices.   • Wonderful !

    A great place to call "home". A truly lovely place to live...super service and personnel ! The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous cleaning staff. The workout room is open 24//7 and has free weights, bikes, treadmills and more. I love the convenience of the DART bus(public transportation) which stops at all the convenient places ...
    needed for daily living(ex. retail & food sites, etc.). I live alone here and could not feel safer on the well lit parking lot with 24/7 security cameras which they are currently expanding for more spots and a second entry/exit. A beautiful property surrounding by a neighborhood with local parks and trails." Also has snack machines, a library and a Recreation Room with a Billiard table, couches, tables and a huge tv easily viewed from anywhere in the room. The new back paver patio is awesome too which includes several picnic tables, umbrellas and not to mention a huge masonry bench seating area with a GAS TIMER FIRE PIT. They also recently opened a AMAZON delivery room where residents have codes for drop off lockers for after hour and weekend deliveries. The new owners are updating all the Apartments and common areas as old tenants move out. The cleaning staff does a daily wonderful job, snow removal and landscaping is on point too. The management staff is VERY professional and accessible. Going on my 3rd year and can't wait to see the further improvements. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

  • Don't rent from here!

    Run! This place nickel and dimes you for everything. It's in your lease but they never tell you, water, sewer, trash, pest control, and electric is NOT part of your rent. All adds up to over 200 extra dollars a month. Parking is horrible. Walking 200 yards with groceries. The place smells. Appliances are garbage. Can't even fit a pizza in the stove. If you have complaints the management will try to evict you. Also YOU WILL NOT GET BACK YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT!
