Grumpy old manager
September 8, 2016The place is clean, nice , very quiet and garden in well maintained. Since its an open compound it is very accessible for the solicitors, homeless and who knows.. Ill rate the unit 6 out of 10, beacuse its an old building and sometimes some ants and small cockroaches are lurking around. Some problems aren't fixed right away. The manager is an old lady, been leaving aloneby herself maybe thats why she is so grumpy and someway making her tenants lives miserable too once you get to know her. Some ...tenants move out beacuse of having bad terms with her, she easily gets mad. I think she's alreasy incapable of managing the place because she's a disabled can barely walk to check on the units herself when there is a problem. She should retire with her condition like that. The owner should look into this and make a survey with the tenants so they would know the real problems are. The owner hears only the managers side. And not the tenants being treated disrespectfully, she just so old thats why tenants let it pass. We regret leaving in this apartment!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
