Management sucks
December 6, 2020Location is nice, friendly neighbors, a small park across the street, and convenient stores nearby. However, the current manager has no idea what they are doing, the owners don't seem to care much and just let her run with the terrible changes. Doesn't speak English so communication is a problem. And a large number of tenants have moved out since the pandemic, mostly due to the lack of care. The building has a lot of potentials if ran properly.Review from Apartments.com
Bad location and managers
November 19, 2020Lived here for years and can vouch THIS PLACE SUCKS. Splintered wooden floors, broken outlets, inexperienced Incompetent managers, constant alarms from fire department and emergency hospital right down the street all times during the day and night. During this covid pandemic HALF the tenants moved out from the stress and horrible management of this complex. Save your money and look elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com
Fair Manager and Easy, Pet Friendly Living
August 10, 2015I was a bit thrown off that the manager was someone who was probably 6 years older than me, but the place is clean and fairly well maintained (as well as can be expected in a drought). The 2 bedroom apartments are pretty spacious considering the building is about 100 years old, and we live in the original section. The closets in the larger room are a joke (they're deeper than they are wide), but you're able to fit storage/bookshelves etc. in the rooms fairly easily. I have a super friendly, 50 ...pound dog, and it wasn't a hassle to keep him with me, and I didn't have to chop off my arm for a deposit. You're super close to the mall (less than 3 miles) and walking distance to 3 different grocery stores, so you're paying for convenience. I love the fact that I can do a round about and hit all my errands with ease (bank, groceries, dog care, groomer, fast food, etc.) As of now, will definitely renew my lease at the end of the term.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
