Our newly updated kitchens include a built in microwave over the stove; new counter tops; deep bowl sinks; pull-out spray faucet; glass tiled backsplash, and under cabinet lighting with a finger- touch dimmer. Our 2 bedroom apartment offers 6 closets and 8 windows. Many of our units have original hardwood flooring in the living room/dining room. When you view the 3D of one of our apartments on this site you will see we also offer custom ARCH apartments, whereas there is a pass-through between the living room and kitchen with a bar counter (42 inch height) including accent lighting. Loud,no parking, bug infested and lousy maintenance
April 12, 2018Please move here if you want to pay for cops on the properly everyday breaking up domestic disturbances and gun fire not to mention the excessive parties and loud music. If you have a maintenance issue don't expect it to be resolved within a reasonable time and if it's an afterhours emergency you are screwed!! The management is unprofessional actually a joke if we are being honest. The grounds are not kept up the inside of the apartments are falling apart which allow for the the roaches and rats ...to enter and have a free for all. Loved it
August 4, 2016I have stayed here for over four years. This is a great place to live. The management is great and on top of everything. The maintenance staff are friendly and on the ball. When I report a problem, it is usually fixed that same day while I am at work. As a single mother, I have felt and have been very safe here. The property is under 24 hour surveillance. Video cameras are everywhere and criminals know that so they stay away from here. It is a tranquil place, quiet, and safe for children ...to roam and play. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The only reason I am leaving is because I am getting married (praise God!) and I have to admit, it is a little hard to leave! My daughter and I have made good friends here. July 24, 2015From the moment I signed my lease papers until I moved in its been very peaceful and quiet. The neighbors are friendly but most of all the landlord is very nice. He is very understanding and most of all easy to get along with. I have two kids and I can let them play outside with no worries. One of the best apartment experiences ever!
