    At Circa LA, cell phone reception is poor, the Wi-Fi is unreliable, and right after moving in, the air conditioning was broken. Hot water takes more than five minutes to come out, the hallways often reek of garbage, and there are leaks from the ceiling. These are far too many inconveniences.   • The worst living experience

    I made a grave mistake by living in Circa for over a year. The building is in a state of disrepair and perpetually dirty. The 8th floor reeks of dog urine, and the elevators and water systems are constantly out of order, undergoing maintenance or experiencing leaks. What makes this situation even more frustrating is the incompetence of the management, Kevin and Luke, who consistently refuse to address any issues. To make matters worse, Circa permits Airbnb rentals despite being prohibited in the ...
    leasing contract. l've complained to management about my neighbor's Airbnb and reported multiple incidents involving Airbnb guests, including police calls, attempted break-ins to my apartment, harassment and employee had open my package and stole the context. Management has shown no interest in taking action. Additionally, marijuana smoking is rampant throughout the building, despite it being explicitly prohibited. There were also numerous car break-ins due to the fact that the building is not fully secured I've attached pics. Furthermore, Circa has been involved in controversy, leading to a criminal complaint against its employees for attempted rape. You certainly don't get the quality and peace of mind for the price you pay. I strongly advise you to stay away! I'm glad I'm no longer living through that hell. I would give it no stars if I could

    Circa La is a beautiful place to live located in a great and easily accessible location. We just love how spacious our unit is, the high ceilings and all the windows that provide such gorgeous views. The amenities are nice and are also well maintained. We did have a few issues upon move-in however maintenance and staff did an excellent job at resolving it. We especially love the community activities and holiday parties at Circa.
