        I was experiencing problems with my apartment that I thought would be difficult to solve, such as a foul odor and leaking dishwasher. But these issues were thoroughly resolved the very next day after I placed the complaint, with no hassle or issues. The management was courteous and respectful, and the maintenance staff proved to be very competent.

        This apartment is located in a great area that is safe. Every resident tells you hi eventhough you may not know them which creates a friendly atmosphere. The office allows our community to be evolved with different community projects such as school supply drive and can food drive.

        I like living here. The grounds are well kept. The management & maintenance teams are courteous & prompt with any concerns or issues. If we could get the one washer fixed & get peeps to pick up their dog poop then it would be near perfect here.

        we love living at CPR but we still have bathroom issues in my child's bath that has not been addressed in a month almost and the folks moving in are rough music blasting as they come into the property dogs not on leashes and the people walking around it's just not the same I am so sorry about how things are going around the property I pray it gets better

        Some of the amenities that were originally well taken care of when I signed my lease are constantly lacking cleanliness, repairs and attention. For example, the latch on the gate for the dog park has been broken for almost a year and never replaced, the rocks are exposing bare ground and have not been raked over, the bags to clean up the poop were missing for 2 weeks and have had multiple instances when they have not been replaced showing a lack of attention to that area.
