June 15, 2022we love living at CPR but we still have bathroom issues in my child's bath that has not been addressed in a month almost and the folks moving in are rough music blasting as they come into the property dogs not on leashes and the people walking around it's just not the same I am so sorry about how things are going around the property I pray it gets betterReview from Apartments.com

February 25, 2022Some of the amenities that were originally well taken care of when I signed my lease are constantly lacking cleanliness, repairs and attention. For example, the latch on the gate for the dog park has been broken for almost a year and never replaced, the rocks are exposing bare ground and have not been raked over, the bags to clean up the poop were missing for 2 weeks and have had multiple instances when they have not been replaced showing a lack of attention to that area.Review from Apartments.com
