A TALE OF RIVERDALE
August 13, 2015It's only for rent, And not for sale, This spacious apartment, In Riverdale. Three large bedrooms, And two full bath, Plenty of space, If you do the math. A quiet flat, Built of brick and plaster, A solid pre-war building, For faithful dog and his master. A large apartment, To walk right through, Picture front windows, With a lovely view. A family town, Within New York City, That they're not all like this, Is quite a pity. Shopping and restaurants, Friendly people to meet, Our house of ...worship, Across the street. Safe driving roads, With few horn honks, Has this friendly little hamlet, Within the Bronx. Several green parks, Where our children play, Plenty to do, Most every day.
