We LOVE our huge kitchen and the bonus room for an office was a selling point and it has been perfect. We love the dog park on property as well! October 13, 2023Sunbury Pointe is a beautiful, well kept property with proximity to many necessities. The staff is friendly, the maintenance is prompt and most residents are quiet and respectful. However, complaining about something (even when it puts a developing baby at risk) will get you nothing but an email and a flyer reminding people to follow the rules. If you are on the front side of the complex you will be woken up at 3am daily by the back up beeping from semitrucks. There's also only 1 trash compacting ...dumpster in the whole complex, so if you're not up front you'll have to put stinking trash in your car or walk with it all the way up there to throw your trash out westher its pouring rain or not. And there are a large ammount of sirens due to the proximity of retirement homes.Property Manager Responded
