I’ve lived here for 3 years and I was skeptical when Cortland first came on as management but not anymore. It been nonstop improvements, high quality community events, and professional level cleanliness throughout the building. Living here is quiet and relaxing with beautiful views and a pet friendly environment. It’s also in walking distance to a ton of great food and shopping (granted I haven’t taken part in trying it all yet). I’d say it’s worth the money to live here.

The on-site office staff has been consistently unresponsive to calls, emails, and service requests, making living here unnecessarily frustrating. The amenities and overall building conditions have noticeably declined — many areas are poorly maintained, dirty, or simply neglected. It often feels like management has stopped caring about the resident experience altogether. This building has potential, but without a complete overhaul of the on-site staff and management team and property maintenance, ...

Great location, nice apartments, nice amenities when maintained. But amenities are not always maintained, elevators usually aren’t all working, basically no guest parking, and it doubles as an airbnb where they obviously don’t background check their guests. Little to no reinforcement of rules, so you see residents smoking inside and breaking amenities.

CURRENT RESIDENT ROBBED AT GUN POINT IN RESIDENT PARKING GARAGE! This place is unsafe and management has yet to do anything about the safety of residents as well as notify the residents. A few weeks ago I was coming home at night. I entered the parking garage and once parked, I was approached by 3 men with ski masks and their guns pointed at me. They yelled for me to get down on the ground as they took my phone, keys, money and jewelry. Because they took my keys to get into the building I could ...
not go back into my apartment so I had to go to the lobby, call the police and then wait until the leasing office opened up the next morning to get issued a new fob key to gain access to my place. There are no cameras in the garage or in the hallways, only in the lobby. The leasing office/management did nothing to help the situation. They refuse to put cameras in the garage. There’s only one security guard on property who does not carry a gun and sits in the lobby all night. As you can see in other comments this is not a safe place. It’s a beautiful building but it’s not safe. Someone was shot and killed 2 weeks prior to my incident in the garage and we were not notified. I had to find out by watching the news. I asked management if they were planning on sending an email to the residents to notify them of the incident and they said no they didn’t want to alarm anyone. It’s ridiculous how they pretend they are here to help but they have not reached out for weeks now to follow up since I’ve turned in the police report. They do not care for the safety of residents or even try to help make accommodations due to their lack of security. They’re not responsive when needed and have no interest in improving security for the residents. If you are planning on moving here, again don’t do
