So close to everything!

I’ve lived at Courtney Isles about 15 months (renewed my lease after a year) and have found the staff to be super helpful with packages, maintenance requests, pets, etc. Very kind overall. Also love the pool & resident socials they put on. Best of all, you are close to both lots of stores & only a few miles from the beach!Property Manager Responded

Beautiful place close to the beach!
October 4, 2019Courtney Isles is a quiet and beautiful apartment community, close to everything - including the beach! I have lived here for a year and love it. The location is convenient for those who either need a quick trip to I-95 for work or to Amelia Island's perfect beaches on the weekend. If you prefer, you can enjoy the swimming pool here instead. Throughout the year there are quite a few events for those who like to mingle, like BBQ with music, brunch, etc. The modern apartments have good size rooms, ...large walk-in closets and include washer/dryer. This is a perfect place for singles and families. Special mention to the always friendly and professional office and maintenance staff!Property Manager Responded

Convenient, comfortable, great for pets
September 29, 2019I have lived at Courtney Isles for just over a year. It's a great complex, super accessible to everything you need in your daily life (Publix, Target, etc.), and great if you are a pet owner. There are plenty of people with dogs, so I appreciate that my two dogs are welcomed in the community. The office staff are very friendly, the maintenance team is very responsive, and the complex is well-maintained. It is a very comfortable place to be!Property Manager Responded

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE - HIGHLY RECOMMEND
September 27, 2019My Husband and I have been fortunate to live in beautiful Courtney Isles since 2014. It's been an absolute joy to be a part of this Apt Community for almost 6 Years. Its quiet, clean, safe & a peaceful Community. The Office Staff are all awesome to work with. They are helpful and truly care about their Residents. Maintenance works hard to respond quickly when needed and are professional & friendly. Shopping etc is all within a few blocks. Our 2 Cats also love it here! Great Place to Live and Unbelievable Staff
May 31, 2019I have been here for over a month and did find a few flaws after a couple weeks. I alerted the front staff and the maintenance crew (great guys) came right out and started on every issue. They were completed within two weeks. The staff is "sincerely" interested in my care and I have to assume it's not just me. I just now had an issue with a bees nest next to my door. I am allergic to wasps so I did not want to chance a battle. Amanda from the front office drove right over and knocked them ...out. As far a shopping. Courtney Isle - great place to live
August 12, 2016We searched a lot for apartment complex before moving in to Yulee, 2 years ago. Yulee is a great place, still developing town just off the island (Amelia island / Fernandina Beach). A lot of the apartments we had seen were not appealing to our needs. Courtney Isles has all the amenities and convenience we need. The facilities are modern & neat. The dog park completes our day, our little pooch just love being social everyday in this park. They provide the community with sanitary gadgets to ...keep our dog park clean. The convenience of having the shopping center just outside the complex answered to all our daily needs. The safe neighborhood can give you the comfort of walking your dog early in the morning and even nightime. There is a road and path to jog or even complete your 10k daily walk or just hit the gym in rainy days. The management staff are just wonderful, friendly and very professional. Love our new home
August 14, 2015We have been here about three months and love it. The office staff make us feel like friends, not $ signs. Apartment is spacious and bright. Moving from Tampa to Yulee was a bit of an adjustment (no malls) but we love Amelia Island and were thrilled to find a new home fifteen minutes from the beaches and downtown Fernandina Beach. Most importantly, our two crazy little dogs have become calm and content. Plenty of quiet and clean areas for them to walk including a great dog park in the middle ...of the complex. August 11, 2015Loving my beautiful apartment here in Yulee, Florida, close to paradise, as a senior citizen, female veteran, allows me to enjoy the coast line of Georgia and Florida with in minutes of my day! The management of my apartment complex brings many opportunities to every aspect of ages, pool parties, family gatherings, buffet of food which include raffles which magnifies the pleasures of living in this beautiful community apartment! Being female single senior citizen, living here makes me feel safe, ...and comfortable feeling, knowing there is always someone here to help me, with any questions I need for my apartment! One day I would love to have a small dog.
