Meh. Overpriced for what you get.
September 6, 2018The management here is friendly enough that you probably won't walk away before signing the lease, but not friendly enough to make you feel like they actually care about your experience as a tenant. Still, I'm generally satisfied because I haven't had any significant issues with my apartment. The biggest issue is that the maintenance team seems to prefer to cut corners instead of actually fixing things. I've had to call the front office to have something re-replaced or re-repaired multiple ...times. If you request a replacement for something, expect them to show up at your door with something used that's likely to break again within 3 months. If you need something repaired, they'll probably resort to a quick fix that won't last. The maintenance staff are really friendly and respectful. I just wish I didn't have to call so often to have things fixed. Expect your rent to increase by $30 minimum every time you renew your lease, and don't expect to get any upgrades or waivers even if you've been a tenant for multiple years.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Best place to live in Corvallis
March 9, 2018I have lived at Creekside for the seven and a half years I have lived in Corvallis. It is in a great location, close to the Sunset Shopping Center, Sunset and Starker Arts Parks and the Dunawi Creek boardwalk, and lots of multimodal paths and paved sidewalks to go walking or bicycling on. The neighborhood is fairly upscale and has a suburban feel, with rural areas nearby. The complex itself is well-maintained and attractive, with a pleasant architectural style and nice landscaping. Parking spaces ...are reserved. The units have a great floor plan that maximizes the space, with big bathrooms and efficient kitchens. All have washers and dryers in unit. They have big windows and balconies or patios, and if you are on Dunawi Creek, it really brings nature right into your home. Though there are students living here, it is a very quiet complex, with a range of age groups from college to older retired. Maintenance is very responsive, and the office staff members are helpful. All of the things I have mentioned are very important to me, and I know I made the right decision to rent at Creekside. Overpriced, noisy, poor management
February 18, 2018They offer so many discounts. They must be hurting for residents. I hear so many fire alarms going off in unrented apartments as I take walks around the neighborhood. It is possible to negotiate price down, so I recommend doing so.Review from Apartments.com
Loud and Expensive
August 9, 2016Grounds are beautiful, neighborhood is nice, maintenance are nice, dog park is nice (dog friendly!) but the staff don't care whatsoever about the tenants. For $300 dollars less this apartment would be acceptable. Extremely loud apartment complex, but only during the day (hope you don't work nights). Greystar gives you a huge list of rules, but if you report a disturbance they will brush you off rudely. Overall not worth the price.Review from Apartments.com
Creek side and spring creek apartments
September 25, 2015The complex is nice and everyone seems to be really friendly. There have been a few maintenance issues but they tend to get dealt with pretty fast and the people in the office are always really nice and helpful. The only thing that I don't like about this complex is they don't have a pool and their gym is small. But it's only about a mile from campus which is really nice and the bus also stops right out front of the complex.Review from Apartments.com
