Overpriced, Unsafe, and Dirty ALWAYS
June 2, 2024Trash piles up, tenants are always having loud domestic issues, two people live in a car in the covered parking spots. In my opinion- the community manager and the board president enforce bylaws abstractly and lack communication skills. They seldom write to the tenants when they decide to randomly enforce rules, and all the selective enforcement does not benefit the community at all. An example- they are changing the gate code and didn't send out reliable correspondence. A lot of us have had to ...call/text each other with pieces of info from website and last-minute updates they've tossed out. Recently they decided to ask for a $3,000 special assessment when they can't even finish the stairs and other building construction that's been left to rot for months. They always need more money but nothing ever gets finished. One has to wonder where the HOA money goes when they have been "working on the pool" since 2011. No security except for a ring camera on the building that board president owns units at, no property upkeep- groundskeeping shows up every few months and the rest of the time the property is covered in garbage. When the groundskeepers do show up, they just blow dust under doors and garbage onto your doorstep. The buildings seem like they have never been power-washed, there's exposed tubing from irrigation systems near the free parking in front of the pool that they'll tow you out of when they feel like it (it's not marked visitors like the two front spots, so it's dubious enforcement of policy in my opinion). The front gravel is so bare you can see the black groundcover- it also generates a lot of dust. When the front gate breaks it takes them 6+ months to fix. The back gate is missing slats so homeless people come in freely. I was told we had a person overdose and die in our pool, we also had a person LIVING in our pool area for months. There have been plenty of package pirates because of the broken gate and someone even wrote the gate code on the gate entry module, which I had to go wipe off. The management seems not to care unless the property value of their units go down. They are also non-responsive in emergencies; the City of Phoenix even had a difficult time getting ahold of anyone when the water main burst- it was flooding for hours and afterwards the office pretended like they didn't know that happened when everyone complained. Also just a tip, google Vision Community Management before you buy or rent.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
