new management is awful
March 5, 2021The property and location are good and relatively affordable but the new landlord is awful — he doesn’t respond to tenant complaints or make an effort to maintain cleanliness of property. Since he took over there’s rodents, bugs and the trash behind the complex is left to be completely messy probably attracting the former. Several packages have gone missing before he installed cameras. He makes tenants feel awful for even the most basic requests like asking for a copy of your own lease. Find ...other apartments in the area if possible until management changes.Property Manager Responded
