April 19, 2017Drug dealers, people who don't even live in the apartments are out at 3 am smoking pot, drinking outside all day! Dog feces ALL over the property, manger doesn't even go over to take a look a the property trash everywhere. Just horrible so outdated!!!! They charge a good chunk of rent but dont fix anything! Horrible place to live one of the worse places I've ever lived in!Review from Apartments.com

April 18, 2017okay horrible property, ugly apartments they smell like cockroaches, drug dealers, dog poop all Over the property, LITERAAALY!!!!!!!!!! No manager on site, windows are super fragile, neighbors are moody can talk to anyone, kids can go outside because of the dog poop! It's horrible don't move here don't waist your time Or money people park all over the property in your parking in front of your parking, So much going on! I didn't even make it a year! Thugs drug dealers,unauthorized criminal Element people that are not on lease and are troublemakers are the main group of People that live here.managment doesn't care about the good tenants and does Nothing to resolve these problems.transients and people from outside come in any Time they please. These problems still exist currently but only worse as of 1/12/16. These government cheese hood rats are lazy degenerates with no goals or positive outlook on ...life. They have ruined the reputation of eagle rock villas. The property manager is falsely advertising about the complex being smoke free and having security system.
