I leased this apartment because the rent is cheap for the size of the apartment, as I live in the 2 bed, 1.5 bath townhouse. However, with all of the hidden fees and expensive utilities, you are better off leasing at a more expensive apartment complex. Electric is not included, so you are paying for the heat that seeps out from the old doors and windows. These are supposed to be updated apartments, but they are only updated on the surface. They have new cabinet faces, but the cabinets are so old ...
and gross. There is not enough space in the kitchen. The vinyl floor does not meet the walls. Our front door lock is extremely hard to work, as you have to have the key halfway out of the lock for it to work. The floors are not even, you can place a can in the kitchen at it will roll. Our bathroom toilet is at an angle. The floors creek whenever you walk, I can't imagine what our downstairs neighbors hear when we walk around. We can also hear our neighbors walk, as the floorboards in our bedroom creek whenever they move. Not only is the apartment itself bad, but the neighborhood constantly has criminal activity, whether it be shootings, missing persons, hostage situations, etc.. Do not live here.
