November 13, 2024Love it here, but for the price it would be nice to have more modern kitchens, gates/gate codes that work consistently, and less pet waste. Other than that staff and maintenance are great people are friendly but also not loud, can't beat the location and although it is expensive, it's still way lower than a lot of apartments in the area.Property Manager Responded

July 31, 2024Eleven North is located in the perfect spot for residents who want to live downtown without all the hullabaloo of Broadway. The maintenance team is spectacular alongside the community events. Generally decent amenities, however, the pool being located in the parking lot is a major letdown. Additionally, I would advise anyone against renting a first-floor apartment in this building as the smell from the trash chute travels you sometimes get bugs in between pest treatments - Any other floor is ...fine and does not experience these issues.
