Best Staff, Best Value in Lubbock
February 12, 2020As far as the complex facility, you'll be hard-pressed to find a single-floor complex in Lubbock at value like this. Appliances have all worked with no issues and are replaced before they start to show their age. Being townhomes, my utility bills are manageable even in a one-person floor plan. The complex is quiet and private, thank goodness, even with the wide range of ages living here. Elm Park is a beautiful place to walk and I've never felt unsafe in my apartment. The fitness room is normally ...empty when you go in and the pool is well-maintained during the swimming season. What makes this place so enjoyable to live at, though, is the staff. They have been so wonderful and helpful. They know me by name and are genuinely happy to see me. I've lived here for two years and always felt taken care of. With repairs or maintenance alone, this is the best complex I've ever lived at, which is seven different ones over the course of eight years. Eric (maintenance) is prompt and efficient, leaving notes on what he performed. I've only needed maintenance help about four times I've lived here and one was to retrieve a very sentimental necklace that I had dropped down my sink by accident. I'm very grateful to Marcie, Eric and the Elm Creek team for making it as wonderful as it is. No place is perfect, but I dread the day I have to move, because I'll be struggling to find a place with such caring people.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Apartment Manager is the worst
January 11, 2020This property could do so much better with a decent and kind manager. She lied multiple times about a recent situation at the complex, treated a retired Army Sgt. as if he were a criminal and told me residents are not allowed to have guests. Best townhouse apartment in lubbock
September 13, 2019This is the best town house apartment complex you can find in lubbock. It’s very new, built in 2012, and well-maintained in a better neighborhood. I have stayed here for 7 years and I have nothing but great experiences with the management team. I settled down with them with a great deal for my rent, and over the years, the increasing of the rent was lower than the market raised and they always offered good renew deals. The house is in great condition, very good insolation for energy saving and ...also quietness. Any maintenance request was addressed immediately and then taken care of within the same day. I had couple some conflicts with people in the same community, the manager and stationed police officer came help within 10 minutes. I have made friends with my neighbors even after we all moved out. We could not have asked for a better home in Lubbock!
July 8, 2019The location is just perfect. It is close by to all the shops, restaurants and services you will ever need and a short 10-15min drive to Texas Tech. The rent was at a very good price compared to all other locations we visited, and energy bills were always low. The wooden floor and laundry room were a big, big plus. Their biggest one bedroom apartment is enough for a couple, we were very happy and comfortable there (we lived there from 2017 to 2019). The kitchen was my favorite part of the ...apartment, spacious and well built. Having no upstairs neighbors was also great and FYI: being able to park right in front of your door can make a huge difference! The management staff is amazing, going beyond their duty to help us out: they handed out light bulbs - and even came to our apartment to switch them!, we always received immediate help when needed, they send text messages upon arrival of deliveries, brought deliveries into the apartment when we requested, and were super helpful after we left, notifying USPS of incorrect mail delivery. On top of that, they gave us rent discount on our first and last months, so we only paid for the days we were there, not the whole month. The complex is well built, never flooding in rain season. The yard area is of good size for an apartment complex and very cozy. The private park owned by Elm Creek group 5min from the complex is also a great asset. Best place I’ve lived in Lubbock
March 20, 2019Honestly I would live here again if it weren’t for the fact that I have two huge dogs and needed a big backyard. This was my first apartment I’ve ever lived in and they were extremely accommodating. Marcie is the sweetest and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is completely satisfied. If you want an apartment that is close to everything good, responds quickly to requests, cares about their tenants, and especially if you have pets.. Amazing staff and great apartments!!
January 7, 2019We loved Elm Creek! My girlfriend and I were planning on staying for at least 2 years with them but we ended up moving out of Texas 9 months later and Marice helped us out so much with closing our lease early with no issues at all. The apartments alone we great too, we didn’t have any issues with maintenance and they were very responsive. If we end up moving back to Texas, we are definitely moving back to Elm Creek! If you are questioning the apartments, then definitely move in for their lovely ...staff. Marice is great and very honest.Property Manager Responded
