move out I wrote my letter like they wanted gave them a 30 day notice and left the apartment in "broom swept" condition like they said. When I received my security deposit back, it was not even half of what I initially paid. They found every small reason to charge me for things that I had no control over. Hundreds of dollars for a "dirty stove" even though the stove was ALREADY STAINED when I first took the apartment. Numerous of other charges as well that made no sense. When I called the office to get things straightened out, Arlene made it seem as if it was justified to charge those prices for "unclean" appliances that were still working fine. Keep in mind they have do clean the apartments anyways once someone moves out. SMH BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE.
