    The apartments are beautiful, cozy and quiet. I have lived here two different time 5 years total and would highly recommend them. They are modern, up to date and have great amenities. The manager Kellee is amazing, she is always going over and beyond to make this feel like home and do all just can to accommodate my needs. The maintenance staff are also very helpful and quick to get any issues fixed that are brought up.

    So far, everything is amazing! Sulema helped get us into this apartment and we LOVE it. We have plenty of space and an amazing view and great amenities (the gym is my favorite!!).

    Not at all excited about renewing with this leasing company. Too many games, too many open-ended clauses in the lease that allow arbitrary fees to be added at will with no recourse or representation of actual service. You can literally add any fee you want and the lessee is obligated to pay it. Not really a fan of this level of dishonesty, not to mention that for weeks now managers have been ignoring our requests to meet, or not showing up when we set an appointment to talk about renewing. You've ...
    pushed us to the deadline and it feels intentional. Really tired of the games.
