    Clean building, responsive maintenance staff. Easy access to nyc, Hoboken, and highways. Parking is easy. Views from the apartments are wonderful!

    We love it here! Feels like home. Love the people and can’t beat the location. Love walking the waterfront. Pool is great in the summer. Property is very well maintained.

    The front desk and maintenance staff are always helpful, professional, and kind, making living here a pleasant experience. However, there are some major issues that need to be addressed. The elevators frequently break down, almost every other week, and often take too long to repair, causing significant inconvenience for residents. Additionally, lost packages have become a recurring problem, which is frustrating and needs to be resolved to ensure better reliability and security for tenants.

    I've had a great experience at the Estuary. The front desk and maintenance staff are great- very attentive and responsive. The amenities are nice and the location is super convenient to grocery stores and to the city.

    Great apartment. Needs more visitor parking. Would like more renewal options.( longer lease, etc) Should not pay for alarms we do not use.
