The quality of staff here at Montfair is unmatched. The leasing agent and team helped me through the application process and document submissions. Anytime I have a problem, they are there to fix it. It's a great property with wonderful administration, couldn't ask for a better apartment experience.

I like Montfair At The Woodlands. It is a quiet environment, most of the time. Most of the neighbors stay to themselves, but everyone respects each other. The property is well taken care of. It's a good Community.

The new management has been wonderful. They have been working hard to make improvements to the property and their customer service is top notch! They address any issues that come up quickly and professionally. The grounds keeper and maintenance staff are terrific, extremely hard working and efficient. I've lived here over 6 years and this management team is by far the best this property has had. I'm excited about all of the wonderful improvements and changes!

I love living at Montfair apartments. I love the features in the apartment along with the amazing amenities. I also love that the neighbors are extremely nice. The staff responds really fast to any inquires I may have and are respectful. I will definitely be renewing my lease :)

Realmente vivir en Montfair at the Woodlands es un placer. Mientras escribo esta nota, escucho los pájaros en mi ventana, dado que el complejo de apartamentos está rodeado de un entorno natural único, rodeado de lagos y árboles. I would not recommend living here: the office staff is not helpful at all. In addition, the apartment complex is run down and things are needing fixed all of the time. For example, for the first few months the water would randomly come out black.
