Loving my new home!!
April 24, 2019I've been in my new apartment for 3 weeks now and I'm so happy. Celeste, one of the leasing agents went above and beyond in helping me with the whole process. She promised me my new apartment would be just that, "NEW", and it was. New paint, new carpets, new appliances, even went as far as a new shower head. She is amazing. Dawn R my Leasing consultant was professional, to the point and understanding of my time constraints and the need to act fast. Her OUTSTANDING customer service made the process go quickly and smoothly. Upon Moving I have had the pleasure of meeting Superintendent Naser D and his Staff. When you say kind courteous, clean professionals they ...take the cake. As soon as I called for an inquiry on a repair and I had some maintenance questions, he and his team members got back to me as soon as possible. It is a great size apartment (2 bedrooms), great location...You can walk into the village and go to one of the many great restaurants, drive to the beautiful beaches within 10 minutes or hop on the train and go into New York City for the day! It is very expensive ($1,550 a month) and my husband and I cannot afford it anymore...We are looking for an apartment out of state! I have lived here, on Long Island my whole life (50 years!) and we are ...going to Lake Wylie, South Carolina!
