Loud and rude tenants
June 17, 2017We live next to the complex. Rude, loud & obnoxious neighbors coming from one of the upstairs condos closest to the houses on Powell. First there was this gentleman who would yell-talk on his cellphone and do drugs out on his balcony. This went on every day for almost two years. Thankfully it died down for awhile. Now for the last three day, there have been unsupervised children banging drums, strumming a very out of tune guitar that is clearly plugged into an amp. They started this at 6 am and ...it's now after 4pm and still going. I've tried calling the manager and have even gone over to nicely ask them to stop. This takes a great deal of effort as I am in a wheelchair and it is not easy to get back to this place. I would rather refrain from yelling over our fence to ask them to stop.
