Disgraceful place since under new management
March 2, 2024Don't weed wack after mowing, No one in office full time. Can never get a maintenance person to call you back. Yet the rent keeps going up slowly.Review from Apartments.com

Horrible!!!!
March 1, 2021Absolutely the worst apartment complex ever. Rent is overpriced for what is available in the area. Property manager is always spreading rumors and talking trash about other residents. If you decide to move here I'd recommend not getting on the good or bad side of the property manager. I'd recommend keeping your interactions to simply turning in your rent and reporting any thing that needs repaired. General landscaping and upkeep is decent. Maintenance only does patch jobs. And that is even done ...horribly. I personally believe the property manager gets bonuses for saving the company money. The place is absolutely not energy efficient as is stated in ads on a couple apartment websites. Literally all you have to do is boil anything for 5 minutes in the middle of the winter. And then you literally can see all the spots where there is no insulation on the walls and ceiling. Door is horribly drafty. And if there's any form of wind outside you can literally watch your curtains move as a draft comes in. You can tell that previous tenants used to smoke as all they've done was just paint over the nicotine damage. When condensation forms the nicotine bleeds right through the paint. And then to make matters disgusting. There is nicotine damage that has bled through the paint and started to run down the wall from behind the ceiling trim. you shouldn't have to clean your walls after every time you cook. There's also serious privacy issues. This year's snow removal has been abysmal. I've almost slipped and fell in the parking area multiple times. And if do slip and fall and get injured in any way. They will be hearing from an attorney for lost income and medical bills. It seems like they only clear snow when there's more than 3" of accumulated snowfall. Therefore causing the drive to become covered in a slick layer of compacted snow. The things mentioned in this review is only the tip of the iceberg. If I would say anything in more detail it may reveal my identity. No wonder I've been hearing people at work and in town say that this place is horrible and has a bad reputation. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away. You will save yourself a huge headache. If I would have known about all the issues prior I would have never moved in.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on scale of 1 (below average) and to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider needs as part of the school selection process.
