September 23, 2018I am in good standing and living at Franklin cove. I'm not a disgruntled evicted tenant. They are under new management in the last year and a half. This is an absolutely horrible place to live now. The current office staff is rude and condescending and passive aggressive at every turn. The maintenance people are not able to fix even the most basic of things. The manager of maintenance is a nice guy but the younger man is unprofessional, incompetent, and argumentative. He will blow all ...maintenance issues off or blame it on the other guy. If you value any kind of privacy, forget this place. They are constantly wanting to get into your residence. You get a note on the door 3 to 4 times a month leaving a blanket statement( Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) with no time of day or a 8am-5pm time frame. (So basically, a note that says they will be in anytime they get around to it). And for some reason they think this is reasonable notice. You do not want these people in your home when you are not home. They think of your home as where they work, not as your private residence. This has always been a low income apartment complex but expect the police in your parking lot 2-3 times a week. And now you can't file a complaint unless its in writing and signed. They are never in the office when they are supposed to be open. Always closing early, never answer the phone. August 17, 2015When I moved into my apartment I was completely homeless. They helped me out and got me in in less than a month. Overall it is a very nice place to stay I love it.Review from Apartments.com
