Terrible property
July 1, 2025Withholding my rent owed, they are charging me for my service animal and not giving it back yet, terrible parking garage, pool doesn't work 90% of year, you cant grab packages unless its from like 10-6 only on weekdays, terrible AC/Heat, awful dark park, terrible managementReview from Apartments.com
Awesome Environment!
December 11, 2023I am a student at NAU and recently moved to Fremont Station and couldn't be happier with my decision! The location is awesome for commuting to campus and any maintenance requests have been quickly addressed, and the staff is always very friendly and helpful! Amazing place to live for a student!
June 22, 2023I’ve lived here for a year and it’s been great. Fremont is ran like a small apartment complex. The workers are helpful and nice. Whenever I have a problem they figure out a way to fix it in no time. The place is frequently cleaned and well maintained. The suana and the gym are what I most frequently visit but the huge hot tub is their best attraction. There is no assigned parking which helps with getting a good spot but when you don’t it’s easy to lose your car when you first start living here. ...Overall this is my favorite living experience I’ve had in Flagstaff so far.Property Manager Responded
