Worst customer service ever
February 5, 2016I tried to call for more information on this apartment complex a few days ago. The office attendant gave me absolutely no information aside from "We full." I was asking for future residency and just wanted to get an idea about the complex, floor plans, possible openings ect. All the information I could get is that, "It's January, I don't know," and "We ain't got no models for viewing." I understand that many complexes are not going to be completely aware of their availability until closer to the ...move in date, however; making a potential renter feel stupid for asking for more inforation is not really the way to make sales. December 28, 2015I applied for this apartment. I had to give $230.00 to fill application out I was told I was approved. Excited I took money owed of $625 to office then was told I had to pay additional fee of 625 so I'm like why apts are doing app fee admin an rent. So I ask for my $200 back I was told to wait 30 days. Not from Atlanta this is the scarest wait for my money paying for hotels. No money no place I'm tiredReview from Apartments.com
