    This is a great place. It’s new the neighborhood is nice the surrounding environment is great. I couldn’t say more about all of the facilities here. Most of the time it’s quiet and there not much noise.

    I enjoy living at Glasshouse. I can walk to work in less than 20 mins, my apartment is lovely and the view is stunning but I didn’t give it a 5 because you can hear your neighbors and there is no free guest parking.

    I enjoyed my time living at the Glasshouse. The staff is always so professional, nice and attentive. The apartment is lovely. Of course there is some wear and tear but this is still a place I would recommend if living in Pittsburgh.

  • GH is a terribly managed property

    I wanted to love this place - units small but lovely. Great location & amenities, i thought.... However, management is a disaster. Smells like weed 24/7. Garbage rooms full and overflowing constantly. Residents treat the amenities terribly. Pool is unusable on weekends given that some residents treat it like a private club - bring many/many guests - play loud music, drink, smoke weed, ets. Gym never gets cleaned properly (machines NEVER cleaned once in 16 mos). Garage filthy - construction ...
    materials, etc, just piled in corners, garbage cans overflowing. Everyone here is extremely young, and think they can treat it like a college dorm. Don't go near this place. It is awful

    Just moved in, and so far love it. The apartment and views are great, and the common areas are beautiful. Staff are top notch, maintenance requests resolved more efficiently than I've ever experienced in my long life.
